Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register for the event?

Registration opens on 1 February 2025. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access the virtual platform. Simply log in with your registered email on the day of the event.

What is the cost of the tickets?

A limited number of free tickets (500 in total) are available. Once these are claimed, tickets will be priced at $20 each.

What platform is being used for the event?

The event will be hosted on the Airmeet virtual platform.

What are the technical requirements to attend?

A stable internet connection, a compatible web browser and sound enabled.

Can I network with other attendees?

Yes, our virtual lounge enables real-time networking and interaction with all attendees through chat, video calls, and group discussions.

Will the speaker sessions be recorded?

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available on-demand for registered attendees to watch at their convenience for several days after the event.

When will the speakers be confirmed?

The final speaker lineup will be confirmed by April 10 2025. While we strive to maintain the announced schedule, please note that last-minute changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

How do I participate in Q&A sessions?

You can submit your questions through the platform’s chat or Q&A feature during the live sessions.

What if I experience technical issues?

A dedicated support team member will be available via chat at registration help desk during the event.

Do I need to download any software to attend?

Access is simple – just click the unique link sent to your registered email on event day. Our browser-based platform requires no software downloads or installation.

Can I apply to be a Speaker?

Yes, you can. The Call for Speakers opens on 1 February 2025 and closes on 31 March 2025. However, if speaking slots are still available after the deadline, we will continue to review late applications.

The Speaking Review Committee will evaluate each application within two weeks. If your application is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
