Speaker Submission Guidelines


We are excited to invite you to submit your application to speak at the virtual Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Asset Summit.

To ensure a successful and impactful presentation, please provide the following details:

1. Personal Information

  • Full Name
  • Contact Information (email, phone number)
  • Professional Title
  • Links to Social Media Profiles, Personal Website, and other relevant online platforms.

2. Presentation Topic

  • Topic Title: Clearly state the title of your presentation.
  • Relevance to the Summit: Explain how your topic is connected to the the summit.
  • Unique Insights: Highlight any fresh perspectives, research, or experiences that you will bring to the conversation.

3. Presentation Abstract

  • Abstract: Summarize your presentation in 200-300 words.
  • Key Points & Takeaways: Outline the main ideas you will cover and the value your audience will gain.
  • Innovation & Relevance: Emphasize any innovative concepts, real-world applications, or case studies that make your talk stand out.

4. Presentation Format

  • Preferred Format: Specify whether you prefer to present as a keynote speaker, panelist, or in a workshop format.
  • Interactive Elements: If applicable, mention any demonstrations or interactive activities you plan to incorporate into your presentation.

5. Speaker Bio

  • Brief Biography: Provide a short overview of your professional background, including expertise in the crypto or blockchain sectors.
  • Relevant Accomplishments: List any notable achievements, publications, previous speaking engagements, or media appearances that highlight your credibility.
  • Experience in the Industry: Emphasize your expertise and contributions to the field.

6. Audience Engagement

  • Engagement Strategies: Describe how you will interact with and engage the audience during your presentation.
  • Audience Participation: If you plan to include Q&A sessions or activities, explain how you will facilitate this.
  • Past Experiences: Share examples of past speaking engagements where you successfully engaged and educated audiences.

7. Supporting Materials

  • Previous Work: Provide links to relevant past presentations, articles, or media coverage that demonstrate your speaking skills or subject matter expertise.

8. References

  • Professional References: Include the contact information (name, email, phone number) of at least two individuals who can speak to your expertise and speaking abilities in the crypto or blockchain space.

9. Availability

  • Event Availability: Confirm your availability for the event dates.

10. Additional Information

  • Include any other relevant details or considerations that you believe will strengthen your speaker application.
  • Express your enthusiasm and motivation for speaking at the virtual Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Asset Summit.

Please Note:

  • By submitting your application, you consent to Bitcoin Events sharing your information with the Speaking Committee.
  • If selected as a speaker, you acknowledge that your name, title, company details, and any recordings (e.g., photos, video, or audio) related to your participation will be published on event platforms, websites, and social media channels.

The initial lineup of confirmed speakers will be unveiled on the website in February 2025.

The  Call for Speakers opens on the 1 February and closes on the 31 March 2025. We will however, still review applications after this date, if speaking slots are still available.

We will revert to all speaking applications received prior to the deadline.

We accept applications on a rolling basis so we recommend that you apply early. Your chances of being selected will decrease as the deadline approaches.

If Bitcoin Events is interested in moving forward with your application a member of the Speaking Review Committee will reach out to schedule a call. We will require direct contact with the proposed speaker before final confirmation. There is a reserve list for speaker cancellations.

Terms and Conditions

  1. A submission does not constitute confirmation of a speaking slot.
  2. Submissions that are overly focused on sales will not be accepted.
  3. By submitting a speaker application you agree to Bitcoin Events sharing your information with our Speaking Review Committee.
  4. Bitcoin Events reserves the right to cancel a session if the speaker is not able to deliver the original concept and speaker(s) listed in the proposal and/or misses key deadlines.
  5. Confirmed Speakers/Moderators will receive complimentary tickets for the conference. We highly encourage everyone to register for the event as soon as possible to take advantage of lower rates as prices will increase as we get closer to the event. If you are selected as a speaker your ticket will be refunded or transferred to a colleague.
  6. If you are successful in your speaking application, you acknowledge and consent to your name, job description, company details and any photograph, film or recording relating to you, being published on the event and company website, portals and dashboards, whether directly owned or affiliated.
