Hailey Miller is the Director of Government Relations & Public Policy at the Digital Power Network (DPN), the largest coalition of Bitcoin miners in the world, representing over 50% of the U.S. Bitcoin hash rate. In this role, she leads the coalition’s federal advocacy strategy, advancing policy solutions that promote energy innovation, grid resilience, and economic growth across the digital asset ecosystem.
Hailey brings deep bipartisan relationships and extensive experience navigating the intersection of energy, financial services, and emerging technologies. Prior to joining DPN, she was Vice President at 1607 Strategies, where she advised financial institutions, insurers, and digital asset companies on regulatory and legislative strategy.
